I work with you to hold a space where you can make sense of all the pressures, tensions and pinch-points getting in the way of your being engaged and motivated in your personal and/or work-life.
In this space, I help you to reconnect with the core of who you are, and what makes you great. We work toward understanding your character strengths, and how to practically use them to get you back on track, and better equipped to deal with the pressure and stress of life and work.
