You may have arrived here because...
-
You believe that you are experiencing the symptoms of burnout and no longer remember what motivates you.
-
You are struggling to be creative, innovative and efficient in your work or studies.
-
You struggle to find the energy to do your work or study tasks.
-
The things that used to bring you joy now seem like too much effort to do.
-
Your work/studies no longer bring you joy, and you do not know your why for work/study.
What ever path got you here, I'm glad you are here. Read more below to see if my counselling approach for anxiety and burnout might be of help to you.

You may find it difficult to feel a sense of purpose and direction in your work, studies and/or personal life.
You may have started to feel a disconnection from yourself, a type of autopilot if you will, so that you can keep going, keep working/studying, which can make it difficult to be present and embrace the good and difficult times in life.
You may feel like you do not deserve to feel tired, or that you have not done enough to feel as tired as you do.
You might even feel that you're feeling tired and burnt-out is a sign that you are not good enough, or not doing enough to be good. This can sometimes be a catalyst for a downward spiral into more anxiety and despair.
If this is you: you need a space where you can step away from your responsibilities and the expectations of others and take a meaningful look at what led you to burnout, and how to start to recover from it.

I help you turn burnout into an opportunity for growth
Burnout is often an indicator that there is a part of ourselves that is in need for meaningful change. This does not necessarily mean that you are not cut-out for your job, or capable of completing your studies.
I help you identify and reconnect with your core values and psychological strengths, so that you can meaningfully unpack what led to your burnout and start to make changes that steer you back toward joy and meaning.
By creating a space in which you can recover from burnout, rather than just mindlessly pushing through it, you start to take back control of your life, and can return to your work/studies with a greater sense of context, purpose and meaning.
