Your brain is a fantastic organ. It actively works to protect you, and does this by looking for patterns in your environment that it is familiar with or has seen before. When it recognises a pattern, it causes particular responses, and sometimes these responses can lead to anxiety, re-experiencing trauma, or experiencing powerful, difficult emotions.
BWRT works by helping your brain unlearn these patterns of thinking and behaviour, so that you can start to move forward with your life again.

BWRT is a proven, neuroscience based protocol that is relatively quick to administer, and does not require a detailed description of the difficult event you have experienced.
BWRT is designed to remove emotive responses from memories that are deeply troubling, and help the brain form new, adaptive neural pathways that do not have the old, undesirable emotional responses attached.
The protocol can be safely administered during an in-person, or online session. Kevin is a certified practitioner in the use of the BWRT.
